Closed network test: 20 and 22 Nov 2026
The Japan closed test runs 20 and 22 Nov 2026 in three JST windows each day, on PlayStation 5 and Steam with cross-play. Apply from Battle Operation 2 if you live in Japan.
The closed network test is a Japan recruitment for Battle Operation 2 players, not a public demo and not the release. The schedule, the roster, and the two maps below are from the Bandai Namco recruitment page checked on 29 Oct 2026: https://bobobo-sp.ggame.jp/jp/special/cnt.php

Platforms for the test itself: PlayStation 5 and Steam, with cross-play. Apply after the 29 Oct 2026 maintenance, through 23:59 on Sunday 8 Nov 2026 (planned). The maintenance end is not given as a clock time. Lottery mail is planned from Monday 16 Nov 2026 onward, and a missed mail is not reissued.

The test build runs on PlayStation 5 and Steam even if your Battle Operation 2 copy is on PlayStation 4. Which platform you win is told in the mail.
