Platforms, player count, and languages
The spec table lists PlayStation 5 and Steam, 1-18 players, and free to play with some paid content. Full audio is English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
The spec table on the Bandai Namco site is the short list to trust for the product. Steam agrees on the language list and on "to be announced" for the date. Checkout is not open, so there is no box price to copy.

Cross-play
The closed-test recruitment page states PlayStation 5 and Steam cross-play for those sessions: rating matches, the 22 Nov custom match, and the lobby. The English spec table lists both platforms and the 1-18 player count. It does not add a separate cross-play sentence for the full game. Use the test page for the cross-play that is written down. Who can apply is on Closed network test.
A 1-18 count is the product line. The test rooms are smaller: up to 6v6 in rating matches, up to 9v9 in the custom match. Both sit inside 1-18. They are not a published launch match size.
Free to play is the studio line, including some paid content. There is no dollar figure on either page. Wishlist steps are on Where to wishlist.
